Exchange and Return Policy

Replacement policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.

2- The condition for replacing the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In international replacements, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated.

3- In the event of a defect in the product, the customer must inform the store within a maximum period of four days from the date of receipt. Failure to inform within this period shall be considered a forfeiture of the right to return.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product consists of videotapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

5- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or food services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products online.

7- If the product is a cosmetic or personal care product.

8- If a defect appears in the product and the customer does not inform the store within a maximum period of four days from the date of receipt.

Return policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to that product after the seven days have passed.

2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- In the event of a defect in the product, the customer must inform the store within a maximum period of four days from the date of receipt. Failure to inform within this period shall be considered a forfeiture of the right to return.

4- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

5- Products purchased under offers, discounts, or using a discount code cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

6- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or food services.

7- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products online.

8- If the product is a cosmetic or personal care product.

9- If a defect appears in the product and the customer does not inform the store within a maximum period of four days from the date of receipt.

Exchange or return policy when paying via Tabby and Tamara

In case of return, exchange, or cancellation of an order in whole or in part, 7% of the invoice amount will be deducted if paid via Tabby or Tamara.

*7% is a service fee deducted by the service providers Tabby or Tamara .*

Important note:

If a customer buys through Tabby or Tamara, the value of the order is returned exclusively by Tabby or Tamara. We have no involvement in the duration of the process or the return of the value of the return, as it is subject to the policies of the Tabby and Tamara companies. The return is processed through them within 2 to 14 working days from the date of receiving the product and inspecting it in our warehouses and confirming the return order on our side.

The customer must follow up on the return procedures by logging into their account on the Tabby or Tamara website or application.
