Shipping and Delivery Policy
- The customer’s location must be determined on the map, and the address must include clear and complete information such as the building, villa, or apartment number, in addition to the street name, city, and postal code. The phone number and the name of the person receiving or receiving on behalf of the customer must be recorded according to the store registration form.
- The store works to fulfill and deliver orders quickly within a period of 2 to 10 working days from the date of the order for local shipments in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a period of 3 to 14 working days from the date of the order for international shipments , depending on the shipping and delivery company chosen by the customer. The customer must follow up on his order after the store hands over his order to the shipping and delivery company and contact the shipping company in case of any inquiry or delay that occurs on their part ( preparing your order in our warehouses may take longer in case of a delay beyond our control and according to the priority or seniority of the customer’s order ).
- The store apologizes for not being able to ship and deliver any order in the event of any event beyond the store's control. The store management will contact the customer to inform them and refund the order amount to the customer as soon as possible and according to the available circumstances.
- The store will deliver orders to the shipping company on working days only, which are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Any error or lack of order information, such as mobile number or shipping address, may result in order delays and will be the customer's responsibility.
- We apologize for delivering and shipping products to incomplete or different addresses than those registered, or registered under a pseudonym or false name in the purchase order. We will notify the customer of this, otherwise their order will be cancelled.
- If the customer cannot be reached or if their orders are refused for any reason other than an error in the orders that were sent, the store management will return the order, and only the shipping cost will be collected or deducted from the amount prepaid by the customer on the online store.
- The customer signs to acknowledge receipt of the orders, or informs the store through the store’s official communication channels, and this is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment was received in good condition.
- The store has the right to cancel any order that conflicts with the shipping and delivery companies’ policies, while explaining the reasons for the cancellation to the customer.
- All customs duties and taxes - if any - are borne entirely by the customer, as the store is not responsible for customs duties, taxes or any additional costs that may be imposed by the competent authorities in the country of receipt or return.
